Beth's Story

I was born and raised in Northwestern Pennsylvania and moved to Gloucester County in 1993. I have been a proud resident of Gloucester County for 28 years, 18 of those years in Woolwich Township. I am a mother of two adult children.

I majored in Political Science at Penn State University. I am an owner/broker, licensed real estate professional, with over 26 years of experience focused on residential, commercial, land, and mixed-use real estate. As a South Jersey small business owner and a former volunteer for Woolwich Township’s Joint Land Use Committee, I have witnessed steady increases in New Jersey property taxes, and have seen how they are a larger and larger function of monthly mortgage payments.

I am a member of The Union League of Philadelphia, an organization established to support Abraham Lincoln in the Civil War and to defend the Constitution and the free enterprise system.

As your Assemblywoman for New Jersey’s Legislative District 3, my vision is simple: to make New Jersey affordable so families and businesses can stay in New Jersey – and thrive. My intention is to reverse the migration of residents and capital out of our state, and to make New Jersey, once again, a place where parents want to raise their children and entrepreneurs what to create opportunities.
